Extra Help. Non-regular employees who are at-will for the entire period of employment and may be terminated at any time by the Employing Official or designee. Extra-help employees receive only those benefits required by federal or state laws. The employment period of the extra-help employee should be for a limited term or be related to a specific project or short-term increase in workload.
