EXTRA WORKS. Any extra work other than our standard specification shall be charged extra as decided by our authorised Engineers and such amount will be deposited before the execution of work.
EXTRA WORKS. In the event that any mortgagee or the local authority or the OWNER or any other body or party at any time for any reason, whether before, during or after the construction of the home requires any alteration, variation or amendment to the building plans and/or specifications involving the BUILDER in any additional expense, then the cost of complying with the alteration, variation or amendment shall be borne and paid for by the OWNER. Where additional work or expense is incurred by the BUILDER due to the above or to soil or site conditions discovered after commencement of construction, the extra costs arising from such work or expense shall also be paid by the OWNER. All amounts payable in terms hereof shall be payable on demand.
EXTRA WORKS. 6.1 In addition to those services specified in this agreement as “extra work”, all services performed and equipment provided by Western Plains Security & Locksmiths which are not specifically referred to in this agreement shall constitute Extra Work. 6.2 Where the customer asks Western Plains Security to perform work or provide materials which constitute Extra Work and Western Plains Security & Locksmiths agrees to such request, or such work is provided in accordance with this agreement without an express request from the Customer, then the provisions of this agreement shall apply to the Extra Work and the Customer shall pay for the Extra Work at the following rate: (a) Where Western Plains Security & Locksmiths has quoted an amount prior to performing or providing the Extra Work, the amount quoted; or (b) Where Western Plains Security & Locksmiths has not given any such quote, an amount calculated for work done at Western Plains Security & Locksmiths then standard rates for such work.
EXTRA WORKS. Bidder has to design the sheds in such a way that it should be elegant, easy to use, convenient and fulfill all functional requirements. No extra claim shall be entertained over and above the final quoted/negotiated price.

Periphery of the building i.e., mandatory open space shall be covered by tiles or kota stone. 5. Some plantation area shall be provided as per The Kolkata Municipal Corporation Rules. 6. Garbage vat shall be provided to store and clear to be collected from the apartment on daily basis. 7. Internal underground drainage system shall be done & connected to Kolkata Municipal Corporation drainage line.

EXTRA WORKS. The Purchaser(s) herein of the said Flat will be liable to pay the cost of extra work to the Developer if any extra work is to be done by her/him/them in the said Flat.
EXTRA WORKS. Seattle may desire to have the Contractor perform work, render services in connection with this project other than that expressly provided for in the "Scope of Work" section of this Contract, or to extend the duration of the contract beyond that originally stated. This will be considered extra work, supplemental to this Contract, and shall not proceed unless authorized by a work order in accordance with the process outlined in section 4 above. Any costs incurred due to the performance of extra work prior to execution of an amendment will not be reimbursed under this Contract or an amendment. Notwithstanding, Seattle may make reasonable changes in this Contract, including place of delivery, installation or inspection, the method of shipment or packing, labeling and identification, and ancillary matters that Contractor may accommodate without substantial additional expense to Seattle.
