Common use of Extract Production and Screening Costs Clause in Contracts

Extract Production and Screening Costs. Each party shall bear the -------------------------------------- costs of its own activities performed in connection with the initial screening of and performance of Assays on Library extracts. Phytera shall be responsible for all costs associated with the production of Library Extracts and the furnishing of such Extracts to NeuroSearch for evaluation. NeuroSearch shall be responsible for all costs associated with performance of the Assays and reporting of results to the Committee.
