Extraordinary Transactions, etc. Other than as set forth in Schedule 3.4A, neither Anawa nor any of the Subsidiaries has (a) made any Distribution, (b) other than as set forth in Schedule 3.6.2, made any payment (other than Compensation of its directors, officers and employees in amounts in effect prior to January 1, 1998 or for bonuses accrued in accordance with normal practice prior to January 1, 1998) to any of the Vendors, (c) other than as set forth in Schedule 3.6.2, increased the Compensation, including bonuses, payable or to be payable to any of its directors, officers or employees by more than 5%, or (d) entered into any Contractual Obligation, or entered into or performed any other transaction, not in the ordinary and usual course of business and consistent with past practice.
