Common use of F urther Assurances Clause in Contracts

F urther Assurances. Each of the Parties upon the request of the other Party shall do, execute, acknowledge and deliver or cause to be done, executed, acknowledged and delivered all such further acts, deeds, documents, assignments, transfers, conveyances, powers of attorney and assurances as may reasonably be necessary or desirable to complete the transactions contemplated herein.

Each of the Parties upon the request of the other Party party shall do, execute, acknowledge do and deliver perform or cause to be donedone and per­ formed any and all further acts and things, executed, acknowledged and delivered shall execute and deliver all such further actsagree­ ments, deedscertificates, instruments and documents, assignments, transfers, conveyances, powers of attorney and assurances as the other party may reasonably be necessary or desirable request in or­ der to complete carry out the transactions contemplated hereinintent and to accomplish the purposes of this Agreement.
