F6 Variation Sample Clauses

The F6 Variation clause defines the process for making changes to the scope of work or contract terms after the agreement has been signed. Typically, it outlines how either party can propose a variation, the requirements for submitting such requests (such as written notice), and the method for assessing any adjustments to price, timeline, or deliverables resulting from the change. This clause ensures that modifications are managed transparently and equitably, preventing disputes by providing a clear framework for handling alterations to the original contract.
