Face to Face Clause Samples

The 'Face-to-Face' clause establishes requirements for in-person meetings or interactions between parties involved in an agreement. Typically, it specifies when and how such meetings should occur, such as for project kick-off, periodic reviews, or resolving disputes, and may outline the location, frequency, or participants. This clause ensures clear communication and collaboration by mandating direct engagement, which can help prevent misunderstandings and facilitate more effective problem-solving.
