Common use of Face-to-Face Courses Clause in Contracts

Face-to-Face Courses. If the course is to be taught face-to-face, the Adjunct first must submit to his/her (i) ▇▇▇▇ and (ii) Department Chair or Program Director a proposal describing the intended course. If the ▇▇▇▇ and Department Chair/Program Director both believe there is need for the course, they will submit the proposal to the Academics Committee of the Faculty Senate ("Academics Committee"). If the Academics Committee preliminarily approves of the proposed course topic, it will forward its recommendation to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Office for its review, preliminary approval and reserving a stipend.
