Common use of Facilities and Resources Clause in Contracts

Facilities and Resources. The College will provide to incoming participants the same access to opportunities and resources as it does for its own faculty, including but not limited to office space, clerical assistance, and staff development services. Any funds for negotiated benefits such as professional travel and professional development will be over and above those allocated for MCCEA members. Any exceptions or prohibitions will be stated in the Memorandum of Agreement.
