Facility Policies. Upon request of the University, Facility shall provide the Faculty Liaison with copies of the Facility’s policies, rules, regulations and procedures that are applicable to Students’ and Faculty Liaisons’ participation in the Practicum. The Facility shall provide each participating Student with the relevant policies, rules, regulations and expectations with which the Student is required to comply.
Facility Policies. The DeForest Area Community and Senior Center is dedicated to offering a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Behavior that inhibits other participants from using and enjoying the Center is considered inappropriate. Inappropriate behavior may result in limiting or losing Center privileges. The Center encourages participants to share questions, concerns, suggestions, and complaints with appropriate staff. If the participant is not satisfied with the response from the foregoing individual or does not agree with a decision to limit or restrict Center privileges, the participant may report this to the Executive Director, who in turn will inform the Board and Commission Presidents. The report must be written and signed by the individual. The following policies are intended to make participants feel welcome and to provide reasonable rules of behavior to benefit all.
Facility Policies. A government issued ID is required for all non-UWL patrons over the age of 16. • Computers are to be used for approved gaming purposes only, unless otherwise approved by a member of the Rec Sports professional staff • Audiovisual equipment may be controlled by trained Rec Sports staff members only. • All equipment, including hardware, peripherals, furniture, etc. is not to be removed from the facility • No food allowed; beverages allowed in a sealed, leak-proof container only and must be placed on the floor away from computers and peripherals • Contact a member of the Rec Sports staff should a spill or incident occur • Bags and personal belongings must be stored in the lockers or outside the facility • Users may bring their own peripherals and gaming controllers • Rec Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen items • Users may be held responsible for damage related to their conduct (violation of these policies)
Facility Policies. Collaborator will comply with Client Facility policies and procedures (including, without limitation, those relating to interactions with youth, youth data, and harassment and discrimination) as may be adopted by Client. Client may in its sole discretion revise such policies and procedures from time to time.
Facility Policies. In addition, this facility permits private pay residents whose leaves have exceeded the Medicaid-reimbursed 10 day bed hold period who so wish to pay from their own income to hold the bed. However, it should be stressed that if a Medicaid-eligible resident does not elect to pay to hold the bed, readmission rights to the next available semi-private bed are in accordance with the abovementioned federal regulations.
Facility Policies. Company agrees to comply with the applicable Facility’s policies and with Saint Luke’s Code of Business and Ethical Conduct made known to Company, as they may be modified from time to time. All of Company’s representatives, agents, employees, and contractors that enter any Facility premises on behalf of Company in the performance of this Agreement must do so only after reasonable advance notice, must be acceptable to Facility in such Facility’s sole discretion, and must comply with all Facility policies and procedures while on site, including any vendor registration policies. All of Company’s representatives, agents, employees, and contractors will be required to, and shall comply with, the terms of this Agreement and Company will take all steps to ensure and be responsible for such compliance.
Facility Policies. BFCC may at its discretion develop and/or amend policies for the safety of facility users and/or the preservation of the facilities. Such policies will be delivered in writing to PLANT, Inc. to be distributed to Independent Teachers. BFCC shall allow one week for distribution of policies or policy changes before such policies are enforced. All teachers will be independent contractors and are not to be considered representatives or employees of PLANT, Inc. or BFCC. An independent agreement between PLANT, Inc. and each individual teacher will govern the relationship between PLANT, Inc., and the teacher. The PLANT, Inc./teacher agreements will require that each teacher subscribe to PLANT, Inc. Statement of Faith. The agreement will require that teachers abide by the requirements established by BFCC for the use of the facilities.
Facility Policies. Nothing may be nailed, taped or otherwise affixed to the walls, fixtures, floors and entrances (including exterior and interior) of the property. Heating: Heat will be set at 60 degrees while the building is unoccupied. All windows and doors must be kept closed if heat or amplified music is on. (See Amplified Music, below.) Please be sure that all indoor and outdoor lights are turned off and windows and doors are locked when you are not in the building. No amplified music is permitted outside the building. Music inside the building in use should not be heard outside beyond the closest property line. All of our buildings have residential neighbors. Please respect their privacy and property. There is an 10 PM cutoff time for all music on Friday and Saturday; the cutoff time is 8 PM Sunday – Thursday. Removal of all your event-related items must be completed immediately following the event. Lost articles left after an event may be held for two weeks and then discarded if unclaimed. The Museum of North Idaho shall not be held responsible or liable for any lost items. Confetti, party-poppers, silly-string and rice are prohibited inside and outside the building or on the property. Only birdseed, grass seed, bubbles or real flower petals may be dispensed outside the buildings. If flower petals are approved, they must be cleaned up following the event.
Facility Policies. Redemption Hill may at its discretion develop and/or amend policies for the safety of facility users and/or the preservation of the facilities. Such policies will be delivered in writing to PLANT, Inc. to be distributed to Independent Teachers. Redemption Hill shall allow one week for distribution of policies or policy changes before such policies are enforced. However, if there is an imminent safety concern, Redemption Hill staff will work directly with the Independent Teacher to ensure safety and wellbeing.
Facility Policies. PPAP is to be used as an area for the hirer to train or exercise dogs. Use for any other purpose is not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the parking area, park enclosure or anywhere else on the PPAP facility at all times. All visitors must adhere to PPAP rules and policies. PPAP reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individuals and their dog(s) that do not comply. All users/hirers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their dog(s) and will report any accidents or injuries to PPAP management immediately. All users/hirers agree that they are to be financially responsible for any breakages or damage to equipment or the PPAP facility by themselves or their dog(s) or other user’s property. PPAP is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any found items should be reported to PPAP staff. The user/hirer must ensure all gates are securely closed upon entering and leaving PPAP. All vehicles entering the PPAP facility must be parked in the designated parking area only. Users agree to inspect PPAP prior to use to ensure its suitability for use by themselves and their dog(s), including but not limited to; fence height, proximity to roads, and livestock, as well as various obstacles in accordance with the park facility being an outdoor rural space, for eg. uneven ground, rocks, holes that may be concealed under long grass or other vegetation, fallen debris from trees. PPAP is inspected regularly to maintain security and safety but please notify management should you have any concerns. This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the hirer/user accepts that the landowners ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and PLAYFUL PAWZ ADVENTURE PARK always maintain control and possession of the park.
