Common use of Facility Records Clause in Contracts

Facility Records. 11.2.1. Within three (3) business days after receipt of Tenant’s written request, which request shall not be made prior to thirty (30) days after the Execution Date, Landlord shall provide Tenant with electronic access to any facility records Landlord has available that are specific to the Premises relating to mechanical, HVAC, electrical, E-Power and structural loads.
