Facility Requirements. 1. Maintain wheelchair accessibility to program activities according to governing law, including the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), as applicable.
2. Provide service site(s) that will promote attainment of Contractor’s program objectives. Arrange the physical environment to support those activities.
3. Decrease program costs when possible by procuring items at no cost from County surplus stores and by accepting delivery of such items by County.
Facility Requirements. GRTC shall provide reasonable access to its Facilities for Contractor Personnel provided such Contractor Personnel comply with GRTC’s safety and health environmental rules, as well as any Facility-specific site requirements which may be provided by GRTC to Contractor.

For such modifications, alterations, renovations or other changes requested by the Charter School, responsibility for the associated costs, including compliance with the federal Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), will be addressed by the parties to this Agreement at that time in an agreement reduced to writing and made an amendment to this Agreement.

1. Member-owned renewable generation shall include a utility-interactive inverter, or other device that meets all requirements in the above stated (IEEE-1547, IEEE 1547.1 and UL-1741), that performs the function of automatically isolating the Member-owned generation equipment from the electric grid in the event the electric grid loses power.
