Common use of Facility Usage Clause in Contracts

Facility Usage. The facility may be reserved up to ninety (90) days in advance. No facilities may be used for commercial or fund-raising purposes without prior approval from the HOA Board of Directors. Alcoholic Beverages are prohibited. Requests for periodic, regularly recurring use of the facility must be approved by the HOA Board of Directors.
