Facsimile and Electronic Signatures. Merchant and Processor agree that electronic signatures will have the same legal effect as original (i.e. ink) signatures and that an electronic, scanned, facsimile, or duplicate copy of any signatures will be deemed an original may be used as evidence of execution.
