Facsimile Delivery. This Agreement may be delivered by facsimile transmission of an executed counterpart signature page hereof, and after attachment of such transmitted signature page to a copy of this Agreement, such copy shall have the same effect and evidentiary value as copies delivered with original signatures. Any party delivering this Agreement by facsimile transmission shall deliver to the other party, as soon as practicable after such delivery, an original executed counterpart signature page of this Agreement.
