Common use of Facsimile/Electronic Signatures Clause in Contracts

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. A signed electronic or facsimile version of this Agreement shall have the same force and effect as a signed original of this Agreement. The Parties also agree where practicable to use electronic signature technology, to expedite the execution of this Agreement, pursuant to the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act in 2000 and/or the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
