Facsimile or PDF. For the convenience of the Parties, a facsimile or “.pdf” copy of this Agreement or any signatures of the Recipient alone hereon shall be considered as an original and binding on Recipient for all purposes. Recipient acknowledges and agrees that notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein provided, this Agreement will become binding upon Recipient’s signature for all purposes without a countersignature from Disclosing Party.
