FACTORY AND LAUNCH SITE ACCESS. Subject to appropriate export laws, regulations and licenses and security and safety limitations, Customer and its authorised representative shall have reasonable access to facilities, work-in-progress, meetings and reviews identified in Annex A “Statement of Work” and developmental work required for the performance of this Contract.
