Faculty Bargaining Unit Work. Faculty Bargaining Unit work is defined as those activities required in the instructor’s normal involvement with the teaching process. They include, but are not limited to instruction, the performance of assignment of course hours, office hours, instructional and departmental activities, faculty development, student advising, and any and all other work currently being performed by Bargaining Unit employees.
