Faculty Member. Faculty member is a full-time employee of the District (hired by the Board) regularly engaged in teaching, but excluding supervisors, administrators, and clerical employees. No person employed by the Board shall be considered as being "regularly engaged in teaching" whose salary is derived from a private, state or federal grant or contract. a. Regularly Engaged – at ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ College is defined as a professional employee engaged by contract on a full-time basis for a minimum term of the school year.
