Failure Analysis. Bioheart shall be responsible for tracking returned Products, conducting failure analysis, and reporting to regulatory agencies for all Products. If the failure mode cause or corrective action involves manufacturing, Bioheart shall provide B▇▇▇▇▇ with a copy of the failure analysis report.
