Common use of Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Said Unit Clause in Contracts

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Said Unit. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the said Unit from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the said Unit to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable and all other outgoings.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Said Unit. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per clause 7.2, the Allottee shall within the period mentioned in such intimation take possession of the said Unit from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the said Unit to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable and all other outgoingsoutgoings as elsewhere mentioned herein.

Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per clause 7.27.2 above and subject to all outstanding amounts being paid by the Allottee, the Allottee shall take possession of the said Unit from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this AgreementAgreement and as may be required, and the Promoter shall give possession of the said Unit to the Allottee. In case the Allottee Alloottee fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2, 7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable and all other outgoingsspecified in clause 7.2.
