Common use of Failure of Grantor to Perform Clause in Contracts

Failure of Grantor to Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained herein, the Administrative Agent, at its option, but without any obligation so to do, may following not less than five (5) days’ prior written notice to the Borrower, perform or comply, or otherwise cause performance or compliance, with such agreement.
