Failure of the Employer to provide Sample Clauses

The 'Failure of the Employer to provide' clause defines the consequences and procedures that apply if the employer does not supply necessary information, materials, or access required for the contractor to perform their work. Typically, this clause outlines the contractor’s right to claim extensions of time or additional costs if delays or disruptions occur due to the employer’s omissions. Its core function is to allocate risk and responsibility, ensuring that the contractor is not unfairly penalized for delays or issues caused by the employer’s failure to fulfill their obligations.
