Common use of Failure to Achieve Quorum Clause in Contracts

Failure to Achieve Quorum. If a quorum for a meeting of the JOC is not present at an otherwise duly constituted meeting of the JOC, that meeting shall be adjourned, but may be reconvened upon not less than five days’ prior notice given by any member of the JOC to the other members of the JOC, and at such subsequent meeting the persons attending shall constitute a quorum.
