Any decision by Agent or any Bank not to require payment of any interest (including default interest), fee, cost or other amount payable under any Loan Document on any occasion shall in no way limit or be deemed a waiver of Agent's or such Bank's right to require full payment of any interest (including default interest), fee, cost or other amount payable under any Loan Document on any other or subsequent occasion.
