Failure to Comply with Certain Covenants. Borrower shall fail to perform, observe or comply with any covenant, condition or agreement contained in Sections 7.1, 7.6, 7.7, 7.10, 7.15, 7.18, 7.19, 7.21, 7.22, 7.23, 7.25, 7.26, 7.27, 7.28, 7.29, 7.30 and all Article VIII of this Agreement.
