Failure to Comply with Obligations. The Borrower fails to comply with any of its obligations under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document to which it is a party (other than those referred to in clauses (a) or (b) of this Section 6.02), and any such failure continues for a period of 30 days after the date on which DEG notifies the Borrower of that failure;
