Common use of Failure to Comply with Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Failure to Comply with Reporting Requirements. Failure of Grantee to comply with any of the reporting requirements in this Agreement may result in the revocation of a Grant, withholding of request(s) for reimbursement, requiring the repayment of Grant funds disbursed to Grantee, and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s ineligibility for future Program funds.

Failure to Comply with Reporting Requirements. Failure of Grantee to comply with any of the reporting requirements in this Agreement may result in in: (i) the revocation of a Grant, ; (ii) withholding of request(s) for reimbursement, ; (iii) requiring the repayment of Grant funds previously disbursed to Grantee, ; and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s ineligibility (iv) a determination that Grantee is ineligible for future Program funds.

Failure to Comply with Reporting Requirements. Failure of Grantee to comply with any of the reporting requirements in this Agreement may result in the withholding or revocation of a Grant, withholding of request(s) for reimbursement, requiring the repayment refund of Grant funds disbursed to Granteedisbursed, and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇Grantee’s ineligibility for future Program funds.

Failure to Comply with Reporting Requirements. Failure of Grantee to comply with any of the reporting requirements in this Agreement may result in the withholding or revocation of a the Grant, withholding of request(s) for reimbursement, requiring the repayment of requirement that Grantee refund Grant funds disbursed received and/or a determination that Grantee is ineligible to Grantee, and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s ineligibility for future Program fundsparticipate in other grant programs.
