Common use of FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS AGREEMENT. In the event Impact100 Chicago determines that Grantee has failed to comply with the terms of this Agreement or if Grantee’s tax-exempt status is revoked by the Internal Revenue Service (“Default”), Grantee, upon receipt of written notice from Impact100 Chicago of said Default, shall immediately return all unexpended Grant funds as of the date of the Default, to Impact100 Chicago and Impact100 Chicago may, among other legal remedies available, terminate this Agreement.
