Failure to Enforce Agreement Not a Waiver. The failure of the Authority to enforce any agreement, condition, covenant, or term of this Lease by reason of any default or breach by the Lessee shall not be deemed to void or affect the right to enforce the same agreement, condition, covenant, or term on the occasion of any subsequent default or breach.
