Common use of Failure to Insure Clause in Contracts

Failure to Insure. Failure to insure shall not relieve the Feed-in Approval Holder of its obligations to maintain the insurance coverage described herein, nor shall failure to obtain or maintain such insurances relieve, or in any way reduce, any obligation or liability imposed on the Feed-in Approval Holder elsewhere in this Agreement.
