Failure to Maintain an Account. If your Account does not meet our requirements or we are otherwise unable to verify the bank account for the purpose of this Agreement, we may immediately suspend your Card acceptance privileges and we have the immediate right to hold your payments without interest until you provide us with acceptable bank account information and we are able to deposit your payments into such bank account.

If your Account bank account does not meet our requirements or we are otherwise unable to verify the bank account for the purpose of this Agreement, we may may, in our sole discretion, immediately suspend your Card acceptance privileges and we have the immediate right to hold your payments without interest until you provide us with acceptable bank account information and we are able to deposit your payments into such bank account.
