Failure to Meet Timelines. ‌ 16.9.1 Failure by the grievant to comply with the timelines in this Article will result in the automatic withdrawal of the grievance with prejudice. 16.9.2 Failure by the Employer to comply with the timelines will entitle the Union to move the grievance to the next step of the procedure. 16.9.3 Timelines may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
