Failure to Pay, Interest Charge, and Termination. In the event the City fails to make a quarterly payment as set forth under Section 6 above, within 45 days of an undisputed billing, the MCSO may charge an interest rate that is equal to or lower than the Local Government Investment Pool Rate. In addition, in the event the City fails to make a monthly payment within 90-days of an undisputed billing, or fails to pay a disputed portion of a ▇▇▇▇ within 90 days of resolution on the disputed amount, the County may terminate this Agreement with 60 days advance written notice. If termination is for non-payment under this section, sections 19.1 through 19.3 shall not apply.
