Failure to Provide Certification. The person claiming victim status shall provide complete and accurate certification to SMHA within 14 business days after SMHA requests in writing that the person completes the certification. If the person alleging violence does not provide a complete and accurate certification within the 14 business days, SMHA may take action to deny or terminate participation or tenancy.
