Common use of Failure to provide evidence Clause in Contracts

Failure to provide evidence. (a) If the Supplier fails to produce evidence in accordance with clause 13.2, the Supplier may not submit any claim for payment under this Contract or otherwise in connection with the supply of the Goods or performance of the Services until it does so. (b) Council may take out and maintain any policy of insurance required by clause 13 if the Supplier fails to do so. The Supplier must reimburse Council for any expenses Council incurs in taking out and maintaining any policy of insurance under clause 13.
