Failure to Qualify after Transfer or Promotion. An Employee who transfers or is promoted and fails to qualify for the new position within the evaluation period will be returned to his/her former position without loss of seniority or wage rate. If such position is no longer available, he/she shall be returned to a comparable position without loss of seniority or wage rate.
