Failure to Rectify Default. If the Subcontractor fails to rectify the default within the required time, Honeywell may by written notice to the Subcontractor: terminate the Subcontract; or take over the whole or any part of the Works as may be specified by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, irrespective of the state of completion of the Works.
