Failure to Return from a Leave of Absence. ‌ (a) An employee planning to return to work shall advise the Employer in writing, not less than three (3) calendar weeks prior to his/her return to work of the intended date of return to work. (b) An employee shall be deemed to have terminated his/her employment when he/she fails to return from an authorized leave of absence without notice or reasonable cause.
