Common use of Failure to Return to Work Clause in Contracts

Failure to Return to Work. A unit member who takes parental leave under the provisions of this subsection and who does not return to work following the expiration of all parental leave (with or without pay) for reasons other than the employee's serious health condition or reasons beyond the control of the employee, will be required to reimburse the District the cost of the District's payments towards the employee's fringe benefits while on such leave.
