Fair Access Policy. If your usage exceeds the limits set forth in the Fair Access Policy, Service Provider may reduce the bandwidth available to you on a temporary basis. Continued violation of the Fair Access Policy is a breach of this Agreement by you and will result in the termination of this Agreement. WildBlue Internet access is not guaranteed. The terms of this policy apply to all service plans, including Value, Select and Pro and any other service plan that Service Provider offers from time to time.
