Fair Share Objectives. Any Grantee whose grant award is greater than $250,000 for any single agreement, or whose grant award(s) total over $250,000 in EPA financial assistance in any one fiscal year, shall negotiate fair share objectives with the EPA as required by Subpart D of 40 CFR Part 33.
