Common use of Fall Clause in Contracts

Fall. In the Fall when transitioning from DST, employees Battalion Chiefs working during the one (1) hour transition will be paid for all hours worked including overtime at one and one-half (1½) times the straight- time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of the regular workweek as set forth in Section 2.6 (Overtime) of this MOU.
