Common use of False or Misleading Statements Clause in Contracts

False or Misleading Statements. Any intentional misrepresentation of a material fact made to the County by the Contractor in connection with or as an inducement to entering into this Franchise Agreement, or any future amendment to this Franchise Agreement, which is proven to be false or misleading as of the time such representation or disclosure is made, whether or not any such representation or disclosure appears as part of this Franchise Agreement.
