Time Records The employer will keep a record for a continuous period of seven (7) years from which can be readily ascertained the following:
Purchase Records The Investor and the Company shall each maintain records showing the remaining Available Amount at any given time and the dates and Purchase Amounts for each Regular Purchase, Accelerated Purchase and Additional Accelerated Purchase or shall use such other method, reasonably satisfactory to the Investor and the Company.
Account Records Permanent Mortgage Loan account records must be maintained by the Servicer for each Mortgage Loan. Each account record must be identifiable by the Servicer Loan Number.
Separate Records The Recipient shall maintain separate records and documentation for the Funds and keep all records including invoices, statements, receipts, and vouchers in respect of Funds expended on Eligible Projects in accordance with the Recipient’s municipal records retention by-law.
