FALSIFICATION OF RECORDS. It is understood that evidence of falsification of application and any other documents for employment shall subject the employee to termination, if such evidence is discovered within twelve (12) months of date of employment. After twelve (12) months of service the falsification must be of a substantial nature and of relevant significance to their job to subject the employee to discipline or discharge.
