Fast Access Account Conditions. Your Fast Access Account will be used to help administer your Premium Investments and to hold money to cover fees and charges.
Account Access User acknowledges and agrees that (i) this license may be subject to payment of the relevant fees to Honeywell by a general contractor, distributor, dealer, integrator, installer, or central station (each, a “Provider”), and (ii) Honeywell will have no liability whatsoever to User to the extent User’s access to the Software is revoked due to such Provider’s failure to pay Honeywell for the Software.

Union access to work locations will not disrupt or interfere with a department’s mission and services or involve any political activities.
Account Changes Neither the Financial Institution nor the Grantor will change the name or account number of a Collateral Account without the consent of the Secured Party. The Financial Institution will promptly notify the Servicer of any changes. This Agreement will apply to each successor account to a Collateral Account, which will also be a Collateral Account.
