Fatality Clause Samples

Fatality. Employee involved in an on duty vehicular accident resulting in death and/or injury requiring transport for medical treatment;

Fatality. Bodily injury to a person or employee who, as a result of the injury, immediately receives medical treatment away from the scene of the accident;

Fatality. Partial or Total Paralysis;

Fatality. If employee is the driver, receives a moving citation, and medical treatment away from accident site is required (testing must occur within eight (8) hours of the accident for alcohol and thirty-two (32) hours of the accident for drugs).

Fatality. Immediately (as soon as possible after Provider learns of the event),

Any claim with a loss reserve that exceeds 50% of the Company's net retention, provided that such claim might involve the Reinsurer.

Fatality regardless of the time between the injury and death or the length of the illness; or

Fatality. A person who dies, within 30 days of a railway occurrence, from injuries sustained in that occurrence.
