Common use of Fault or Negligence of Design-Builder Clause in Contracts

Fault or Negligence of Design-Builder. Design-Builder shall have no right to seek an equitable adjustment to the Contract Sum or Guaranteed Completion Date(s) if the basis for the adjustment arises out of or relates to events, to the extent caused by the fault or negligence of Design-Builder, or anyone for whose acts Design-Builder is responsible.
